A working dashboard for 21 renewable energy employers, with no login

It is a working RoleDemand dashboard that anyone can open without an account. It was built from the seeded renewable energy demonstration pack: 21 real employers whose public careers endpoints were checked by hand, read through the same eight pipeline stages a client cycle runs on. It is one file with the data inside it, so it opens in a single request and keeps working if the connection drops.

The renewable energy pack is the one published here because it is the most fragmented of the eleven: 21 employers publishing through 10 different applicant tracking platforms, none of them covering more than four. That is the market where reading every careers page by hand stops being tedious and starts being impossible, which makes it the honest thing to demonstrate on.

1. Start with what changed

   The market overview opens on the roles that appeared and disappeared since the previous cycle. That list is the call sheet: an employer who opened three roles this week is a conversation, and an employer who closed four is a different conversation.

2. Then look down the employer column

   Company watch ranks the tracked employers by how much they are advertising. A name near the top that you have never pitched is the gap in your desk, stated as a number rather than as a feeling.

3. Then pick one role family

   Role demand groups every posting by function and seniority. Filtering to the family you actually place into turns a market of hundreds of roles into the twenty that are yours.

4. Check the data health panel before you quote anything

   It names any employer whose source has been failing, so you find out that a number is thin before a client does. A figure drawn from too few rows is declared insufficient rather than smoothed.

Yes. Every posting in it came from an employer's own public careers page or the applicant tracking endpoint behind it, collected by the production pipeline. What is not real is the freshness: this is a frozen build from the 2026-08-07 cycle and it does not refresh. A client's dashboard is rebuilt every day.

RoleDemand can read 34 applicant tracking platforms, and this build used ten of them in one run. The eight stages a run goes through are the same ones that produced this file.

Nobody's. It is a demonstration pack built on publicly listed employers, and no agency is paying for it. No customer data appears in it, because RoleDemand has no customers yet. It also holds no candidate or personal data, in common with everything else the pipeline produces.

The employers in it were chosen because their careers endpoints are public and were confirmed by hand, not because they are customers or partners of ours. What RoleDemand refuses to collect is set out on the data sourcing and ethics page.

Four things. It carries your agency's name rather than ours, it tracks the employers you named rather than these ones, it is rebuilt every day rather than frozen, and it arrives with a written insight pack each cycle. It is also scoped to your grant when it is built, so an employer outside your list has no row in the file your browser downloads.

The insight pack is the part this file cannot show you, because it is written from the numbers in a specific cycle for a specific desk. It is the short document your consultants forward to a client without editing, and it is the thing the 30-day cancellation window is measured against.

Because a form in front of a demonstration is a way of collecting an email address from somebody who has not yet decided they want to talk. If the dashboard is any good it will do the persuading, and if it is not then an address taken before it loaded is worth nothing to either of us.

The same reasoning runs through the rest of the offer. There is no setup fee, the founding rate is held for 12 months, and you can stop inside 30 days of the first insight pack. Every one of those is a way of moving the risk off the person who has not seen their own market yet.
