There are 30,035 recruitment agencies in the UK and 79.5 per cent of them employ fewer than ten people, according to the REC Recruitment Industry Status Report. Almost none of them can justify an enterprise workforce-intelligence contract, and almost all of them get asked in client meetings what the market is doing.

The REC puts the recruitment industry's contribution to the UK economy at £40.6bn in 2024, and forecasts 4.4 per cent growth in recruitment activity during 2026 after real gross value added fell 5.3 per cent in 2025. Most sectors are shrinking and a few are growing, so which sectors your employers sit in now decides how much work there is to win.

The dashboard is the half you can check for yourself. The published sample is a real build over the 21 employers in the seeded renewable energy pack, which publish through 10 different applicant tracking platforms between them. It is a frozen cycle rather than a live one, and it says so.

Every posting comes from an employer's own public career page or the applicant tracking system endpoint behind it. RoleDemand can read 34 applicant tracking platforms, all of which returned a valid response when they were last probed on 6 August 2026. No candidate or personal data is collected at any point.

Core is £169 a month for up to 50 tracked employers and Plus is £299 a month for up to 100, per agency rather than per seat. Setting the market up is included, so there is nothing to pay outside the monthly rate. The £169 is held for twelve months, and an agency that finds the first insight pack unhelpful can cancel inside 30 days with nothing further charged.
