What RoleDemand costs

Two sizes of the same subscription. Core is £169 a month for up to 50 tracked employers, Plus is £299 for up to 100, and setting the market up is included in both. Read the first insight pack, and if it is not useful to you, say so inside 30 days and nothing further is charged.

Prices are per agency, not per seat, and the monthly rate is the whole of it. Naming the market and setting up every employer in it happens within that rate, at whichever size you pick.

What if it turns out not to be useful?

Cancel inside the first 30 days, after you have read the first insight pack, and nothing further is charged. Setting the market up is included in the monthly price rather than billed separately, so there is no setup fee stranded behind you if you stop.

A demo would show you the interface. The first insight pack shows you your own market, which is the thing you are deciding about, so the window runs from the pack rather than from the day you signed anything.

Stopping is an email. There is no notice period inside the window, no clawback of anything already delivered, and the dashboard stays readable until the end of the month you have paid for.

How much does RoleDemand cost a month?

RoleDemand Core costs £169 a month and covers one market of up to 50 tracked employers. RoleDemand Plus costs £299 a month and covers up to 100. Both prices are per agency rather than per seat. Every plan includes the daily refresh, the full dashboard, an insight pack each cycle, quality checks and source repair. Plus also takes employer-list and taxonomy changes on request, answers support first, and adds analyst commentary to the pack.

The two monthly plans. How many employers you can track is the difference that costs money to serve, so it is the first row. Prices are per agency, not per seat.

Setting a market up is the part that cannot be automated: agreeing the employer list, checking every one of their career pages by hand, deciding how roles should be grouped for your desk, and putting your name on the dashboard. It sits inside the monthly price, because asking for money before you have seen a pack is asking you to buy on trust you have no reason to give yet.

Does the price go up?

Not for 12 months. £169 is the founding rate and it is held from your first cycle, whatever Core is being sold at in the meantime. The minimum term is 3 months, and the 30-day cancellation window sits inside it.

The 12 months run from your first cycle rather than from a launch date, so an agency starting in November gets the same year as one starting in January. Founding here describes the rate and how long it is held, and nothing else.

Can I host it myself instead of paying monthly?

Yes. A self-hosted licence costs £1,500 once and includes the configuration pack, the documentation and 90 days of support. There is no monthly fee after that, and no ongoing service from us either.

The licence is £1,500 once and includes the configuration pack, the documentation and 90 days of support. It suits an agency with somebody technical in the building who would rather own the pipeline than rent the output. Everyone else is better served by the monthly plan, because the daily running and the source repair are the work.

How does this compare with what an agency already pays?

LinkedIn Talent Insights is sold at $6,000 to $20,000 a year, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite at £170 a month per seat, and Bullhorn in the UK at £80 to £120 per user a month. RoleDemand Core at £169 a month sits below all three and answers a question none of them answers, which is what the employers in your market are advertising right now.

LinkedIn Talent Insights$6,000 to $20,000 a yearPriced for corporate talent teams, sold on an annual contract.
LinkedIn Recruiter Lite£170 a monthA sourcing seat. It finds candidates, it does not analyse a market.
Bullhorn£80 to £120 per user a monthAn applicant tracking system. It knows your desk, not your market.
RoleDemand Core£169 a monthUp to 50 employers in one named market, refreshed daily, with a written insight pack each cycle.

What am I actually buying?

A managed service, not software you operate. RoleDemand names the employers, runs the daily collection, repairs sources when they move, checks the output, and delivers the dashboard and the insight pack. The work you do is naming the market once.

If you want to see the shape of the thing before you talk about money, the eleven seeded market packs show what a market looks like once it has been scoped, and how it works walks through a single run stage by stage.

Summary in plain language

RoleDemand Core costs £169 a month and tracks up to 50 employers in one market. It includes setting that market up, a daily refresh of every tracked employer, the full dashboard branded to the agency, an insight pack each cycle, quality checks on every run, and repair of a source when an employer changes their careers page.

RoleDemand Plus costs £299 a month and tracks up to 100 employers in one market. It includes everything in Core plus employer-list changes on request, taxonomy changes on request, priority support, and analyst commentary on the insight pack.

Setting the market up is not charged separately. An agency that finds the first insight pack unhelpful can cancel inside 30 days and nothing further is charged. The minimum term is 3 months and the £169 rate is held for 12 months from the first cycle.

A self-hosted RoleDemand licence costs £1,500 once and includes the configuration pack, documentation and 90 days of support, with no monthly fee afterwards.

For comparison, LinkedIn Talent Insights is sold at $6,000 to $20,000 a year, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite at £170 a month, and Bullhorn in the UK at £80 to £120 per user a month.
